These terms and conditions govern your use of the Win My Car website and participation in our prize competitions. By using this website and entering any competition, you agree to be bound by these terms.
Competitions are open to UK residents aged 18 or over. Proof of age and identity may be required before prizes are awarded. Employees of Win My Car and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.
Each competition requires the correct answer to a skill-based question to complete entry. This classifies our competitions as prize competitions under UK law, not lotteries. Incorrect answers may be retried without penalty.
A maximum of 15% of total available tickets per competition may be purchased by any single entrant. This limit is enforced automatically to ensure fair odds for all participants.
Every competition offers a free postal entry route. Send a handwritten entry with your full name, email address, and phone number to the address specified on the competition page. One postal entry per person per competition. Postal entries have the same chance of winning as paid entries.
Winners are selected using a cryptographically secure random number generator. Most draws are conducted live on Facebook or YouTube. Winners will be notified by email within 24 hours. Prizes must be claimed within 14 days of notification.
All payments are processed securely via Revolut. Prices are in GBP. Once tickets are allocated, purchases are non-refundable except in exceptional circumstances at our discretion.
Site credit earned through referrals or competition wins can be used towards future ticket purchases. Site credit cannot be withdrawn as cash and has no expiry date.
Win My Car shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from the use of this website or participation in competitions, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
